Costume Designer for The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Created costumes for a cast of 45 with multiple roles and a budget of $2700.
Managed a team of volunteers in costume fittings and creation.
Lots of dying and ripping apart vintage pieces from the 1920's / 1930s and resewing them into vestments.
Loved making my statues and gargoyles with cement spray paint and a lot of creative invention!
XANADU Pre & post Covid Performances
I had a small cast of 9 but each role played over 5 different characters. The initial run was before the pandemic which Ido not have any photos of since that was set for spring 2020. This was then recast for an outdoor performance in Spring 2021 needing complete reconstruction of costumes. Due to covid restrictions I created these from home for the most part with a budget of $500. The hardest part being the cyclops mask and the walking centaur attatchment!
The Christmas Schooner
This was a cast of about 15 . Also a small budget of $500. Most fun thing to make were the mummer's costumes using Hawaiian grass skirts !
The Miser
Piper Theater, Brooklyn New York
I was the assistant costume designer for Amanda Whitfield for this production in 2011
